Cleaning two registry entries for OE Inquiry 4.2

For UniOEInquiries 4.2, there are two listings, Inquiries and OE Inquiry, in the UniDevCo Registry Cleaner.  To do a registry clean for OE Inquiries, each one must be highlighted and cleaned separately.  One removes the OE Inquiries listing and the other removes the OE Invoice Inquiry and OE Credit Note Inquiry listings.  The order in which this is done does not matter.
