Integrity errors for purged history file

If the IC History file has ever been purged - or if you are not sure if it has even been purged - don’t display the data integrity errors to the screen.  Send the errors to a file and when the message that IC History is not complete appears, then FIX.  The DIC won’t report these errors a second time.
