UniStockCard Sales Returns summary errors

Earlier versions of Stock Card releases for IC6.1B, 6.5A and 7.0A incorrectly dealt with Sales Returns amounts and quantities. These numbers were not "aged" to the correct periods during the IC period-end process. This did not affect the relevant transactions or opening/closing balances, and the sales returns amounts and quantities were simply accumulated in the current period, with all subsequent periods showing zero movement for these numbers.

We corrected this problem on March 27, 2003 and have loaded updated versions of the products on the download page for Plus Products

To correct this problem in your data set:

1. Download and install the correct copy of stock card from the link above
2. Read this tech note which explains the differences between Rebuild and Update in the "Generate stock card file"  function and then
3. Run a "Rebuild" in the "Generate stock card file" function.
