The company, Uni Development Company Inc. is registered in British Columbia, Canada and is situated in West Vancouver.

Doug Ash, Director, was responsible for the development of ACCPAC Plus Order Entry for ACCPAC International before joining Unisoft Systems Inc. in 1989. The product has remained virtually unchanged since then. Doug holds a B Sc degree.
